Legacy Gift Assistance Program for Your Not-for-Profit

Since The Dayton Foundation established the Legacy Partnership ProgramSM in 2002, dozens of Greater Dayton Region not-for-profit organizations have signed up to help build their endowments through this planned and deferred giving program.

Through this first-in-the-nation program, we can help your organization start a legacy program or invigorate a languishing or dormant program to help sustain your work in the future.

The Dayton Foundation's Legacy Partnership ProgramSM:

• teaches your organization an approach to endowment building that has a proven track record of securing legacy gifts;
• provides a structure and discipline to assure that your organization has allocated time to devote to your program and to create long-term relationships with your key donors;
• provides support for your endowment-building efforts, with access to the Foundation's services and Development staff with planned and deferred giving knowledge and experience; and
• helps your organization grow its resources for the benefit of the community.
