Several Greater Dayton communities have either moved their existing foundations or have created new foundations under the umbrella of The Dayton Foundation to benefit their respective communities. The Dayton Foundation provides services and general assistance to these area community foundations in an effort to extend philanthropy for the betterment of the entire region.

Through their affiliation with The Dayton Foundation, these foundations can offer donors the advantages of The Dayton Foundation’s investment management, charitable giving expertise and donor services, as well as provide their donors with the personal recognition, involvement and flexibility they desire in establishing a charitable fund.

Each of these area community foundations is governed by representatives who live in their community and have a vested interest in the future of this region.
