Compared with the prior year, total assets of The Dayton Foundation, before depreciation, rose by $47.2 million (a 15.7 percent increase) to $346.1 million.

Total contributions to all entities of The Dayton Foundation totaled $54.0 million. Grantmaking and distributions to nonprofit organizations were $41.1 million for the year. Documented legacies (planned and deferred gifts) increased to $237.6 million at June 30, 2007.
